What you will learn during this program can potentially become part of your daily life with many beneficial results.\n\nCooking classes\, daily antistress anti-inflammatory exercise\, trekking and exploring nature\, hot-cold exercise-swimming at the hot springs\, lecturing. natural wines\, High quality nutrition based on organic products and the way of “how to cook tasty food without killing the nutrients”. We have 3 meals daily\, breakfast at the farm kitchen\, light lunch and dinner with 1 glass of our natural wines at the farmhouse restaurant.\nGuests are kindly requested to avoid snacking between meals and avoid alcohol out of the wine we serve at dinner time.\n\n\n\n\nActivities\n1) 6-night stay at Karimalis estate traditional rooms and houses with breakfast\, lunch and dinner included. Meals made from mainly organic ingredients\, many of them from our organic farm and prepared with the principle of “how to cook tasty food without killing the nutrients”.\n\n2) 3 cooking workshops with Eleni Karimali. Duration 3.5 hours each. The workshops aim to show the cooking methods of how to prepare food in a way that keeps nutrients safe\, and how to avoid having toxic factors in your meals when at the same time your cooking results in very tasty dishes.\n\n3) 1 guided walk on the mountains of Ikaria with a very knowledgeable guide. Duration 3 hours or more depending on participants.\n\n4) 60 min of morning anti-stress exercise with George Karimalis for 6 days. The exercise aims to reduce intense stress\, improve blood circulation\, reduce inflammation\, and improve joint flexibility.
